Multiple displays on Mavericks issue

Hello... I have a Power Mac Retina ...
I have three additional displays...
the Mac display shows the Doc, and only one of the three does the same...

can anyone help me getting the doc on all four

move the mouse to the bottom of the screen on the extra displays. That should let the dock come up.
