iOS7.0.3 Update

I'm trying to update my iPad4 to iOS7.0.3. I tap Software Update, and all I get are some turning gears and the word "Downloading". The status bar shows NO progress for the download. This has been going on now for about 36 hours with no end in sight. My current version of iOS is 6.1.3. I'd appreciate any help.

Turn off the iPad and then turn it back on. You should see that the download will resume, if it didn't complete or you will see that the update will began installing. What you're experiencing has happened to many others.

Same happened on mine, had to cancel and restart a couple of times before it finally installed.

Just updated my iPhone to 7.0.3 10 mins ago in about 20 trouble free mins. No issues at all and now charging to 100% and everything on it was just the way it was before.
