At&t iphone 4 unlock to use for Verizon

My friend got the new iPhone5 from at&t and lent me his iPhone4 to use because my Bionic Droid is no longer working. However, I have verizon and they wont let me upgrade my phone until December 9 ... So I wont have a phone until December 9. Is there anyway at&t can unlock the phone for me so I can use it on my verizon account?

No. There is no way. Verizon will not activate any device that was not OEMed for use on their network.
