leaving htc evo4g to IPhone 5

can i get my photos to desktop them put them on my IPhone? or something like that the store could not switch them using blue tooth or their device so manually i wrote them and will add the conctacts i stupidly did not save to gmail ... but the other photos etc how can i put them on my iphone via desktop? im a total neewbie to Iphone with the htc even the insurance had an app which would but anything backed up onto a new device they just dont work with IOS platform
