I live in Argentina.
If I buy an iPhone 5s for T-Mobile, shall it work as a Factory Unlocked phone??
That is to say it will work properly with a nano-SIM card provided from my local (Agentine) GSM carrier

You'd be better off with the Verizon variant of iPhone - the GSM parts of it are totally unlocked, and global capable.

Does TMobile sell them unlocked? They might, as Verizon sell most of it's current phones unlocked. It's up to you to check the specs of the radios in the phone and compare to the network frequencies your carrier uses.

But the only way to buy a contract free phone at Apple Store is a T-Mobile Contract Free.

As far as I know Verizon or AT&T are only sold with Contracts I can not use at my country.
