Stolen mini pad

My mini was stolen,I never registered with I cloud, I do have the serial # is there any way to trace it or erase everything..please help me as I am 78 years old and not computer literate.thank you. E mail

The only way to track your iPad Mini would be if you had installed and had Find My iPhone feature turned on. I would report the theft to your local police dept.

Irish Rose is definitely right report it to the police. Apple is instituting a database of stolen devices. So if the person tries to get the Mini fixed at the Genius Bar having your serial number in the database might go towards some kind of outcome. Otherwise sorry to say without having iCloud and Find my iPhone you are out of luck :0(
