5s International activation

Does the T1 Iphone 5s have to be activated with T1 before you use other international SIM cards. I cannot get a clear answer. Thanks!

As long as the 5S that you want to use is unlocked for every carrier, you should be able to use pop in the SIM card of the carrier that you want and use it without any problems.
