Pocket Dictate sending multiple dictations and cutting out during dictation

Pocket dictate has been cutting out throughout the entire dictation and it sends multiple dictations on the same patient to our transcriptionist. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and the doctors are still having problems with it. Any suggestions?

In the meantime, doesn't the native Voice Memo app basically do the same thing? It is already compatible with iOS 7.
