Yesterday i restarted my jailbroken iphone 4s by using the reset button on the phone itself, it has now been "loading" (black over the whole screen with a tiny loading sign in the middle) for about 13 hours... I don't know what to do!

It's likely stuck in a reboot loop because jailbroken iPhones can't reset using the software buttons in iOS. Hold the sleep and home buttons until the screen cuts off and then turn it on normally and that may fix it.

I'd get googling things like SemiRestore if I were you. Using Erase All/Reset on a jailbroken device often means having to restore. Using SemiRestore may allow you to keep your jb.
