Updated to ios 7 while running jailbroken version of ios 5

[iMore Question]

Now my phone is in a recovery mode loop. I've used recboot and Tinyumbrella but neither work. I did try to restore too but it just said my device wasn't eligible for the build. It just keeps giving me the recovery screen and nothing I've done has worked, please help!!!

download the firmware specific to your device here: iOS 7 firmware files | iMore

Then... put your phone into dfu mode... and in iTunes, shift+click(PC) or option+click(Mac) the restore button on your phones summary tab in iTunes... select the firmware downloaded with the step above... then let iTunes do it's thing.
