    Default iPhone 5c/5s on MetroPCS?

Hey guys, I'm new in this so please stick with me.
I want to purchase the new iPhone 5s but I really don't wanna go with ATT, Verizon or Sprint. And since MetroPCS is my actual carrier, I wanted to know if its possible for me to activate the 5s on MetroPCS? My friend, somehow, activated his with Virgin...
Also, I'm aware of the fact that Metro and T- Mobile are technically one carrier, does this influence whether I can activate this phone or not? Or is it only limited to T-Mobile?

Yes, you can use the AT&T model iPhone on Metro PCS. Cheers!

I am assuming you're going to buy it unlocked, and if so, you should be able to insert a a MetroPCS sim card in it and go about your business. I've never used MetroPCS so I'm only making assumptions. Heck, call MetroPCS and ask them.

An unlocked telephone is a GSM telephone that is not bolted to a particular bearer. Put in a SIM card and you're primed to go. That normally implies you paid the maximum for it (which is in the ballpark of 650 for an iphone 5, unless you go utilized).

MetroPCs has blended with T-Mob so it may as well acknowledge GSM telephones, so you require one that had been enacted on T-horde or AT&T, if utilized, or only head off to Apple and purchase an opened telephone.

Remember that you will be unable to keep the same arrangement with a smartphone.
