iOS7 update on iPad

Since installing iOS7 on my iPad, I am having trouble with the Words with Friends app. It has frozen up, for as long as several days, when I send a word. A black film partially covers the screen and the twirling arrow icon shows continuously, once and a while flashing the words, "Looking for update." I tried deleting the app and re-loading it, and that worked for a few hours. Same problem again. What do I do?

The App need some work on compatibility with iOS7. Contact the developer and urge them to fix their app as soon as possible.
