i have an Iphone 5c with unlimited data plan - but only 2Gb/month for tethering (ie. remainder for use on phone only). I would like to use the Iphone/data plan for sales or power point presentations in people's homes (when away from my own Wif-fi), so would like to be able to hook up the Iphone to an external tablet. I have been told i can do this with the lightning cable connector ... presumably to whatever input connector the tablet will have. Can anyone confirm I can do this &/or give advice on what tablet will/may work? I am pretty budget constrained ... so (I think) would prefer a cheaper android device to an Ipad ... provided this won't cause me compatibility issues ... which I doubt it will, as I can't see a huge need to share apps.
Urgent advice would be greatly appreciated
