Restoring from icloud after updating to IOS7

Hi there

I updated to IOS7 and most of my photos have not been restored to my ipad 3. It keeps saying I must be on wifi, and plugged in to restore but nothing happens. It just says loading when I am in photos. Please help!!

Give it time. Photos can be large and additional time may be needed to sync them back to your device, especially if you have a lot of them.
