Question on iphone5 contacts icon

Hi there.

Traded in my iPhone 4s today and got iPhone 5c. Realized after I left Best Buy,my contacts icon was not there. I can find contacts thru phone icon, and ask Seri. I tries ICloud - but no icon? What do I do?

Just my opinion but the contact app is useless since as u mentioned you can do the exact same thing in the phone app. If it bothers u that much, try a restore as new and that should solve the problem

I understand that most people feel the Contacts app is as integral as any other Native app. I would not like it so if a restore does not work I would simply at that stage in one day of ownership take it back. It could be a sign of bad things to come and no reason to not have it to be able to look contact info for someone up without having to do it by going through other routes.

Look for the "Utilities" folder it should be in there. It may be on another home screen or you just looked too fast and missed it. If you can get to it through Siri or Spotlight then it's got to be there.
