Words with friends crashing

Words with friends won't open, keeps saying found a problem, will take a few minutes to correct. Then just crashes. What can I do? Can't "kill" game & restart like you could before IOS7. Any suggestions?

Contact the developer... tell them to fix their app.

Why can't you kill the app and restart? double click on the home button look for the Words with friends card and flick it up towards the top of the screen. Then it the home button to return to the home screen and restart the app. Have you also tried removing the app and re-installing it?
