Why can't I post or reply to posts on the iMore Forums app?

I don't know. I just posted this reply with the iMore Forums app on my iPad Mini. Try deleting the app, rebooting your device and then reinstalling it.

What does the first tab - Notifications do and how can I clear the Notifications Tab?

It has something I replied to in early September and has no activity since Sept 22.
