iPhone Email Delays

I am having issues with sending emails on my iPhone. I had the iPhone 5 and it started here. recently upgraded to the 5s and same issue. Emails come in ok but sending emails are delayed from 3-10 minutes and sometimes they don't send. I have an iPad 3 and the accounts are set up the same and the iPad does not have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated..

By the way, I have reinstalled all email accounts and reset the phone twice.

Figured out what the issue was with Apple Support. My TripIt account added a mail/calendar account. Once that was deleted emails started sending immediately.
