Building Maintenance App w Floorplans

Does anyone know if an iPhone or iPad app for building maintenance exists that allows the user to upload a floorplan of the building? I would love to be able to do a walking inspection of my building, with the floorplan displayed, then be able to simply tap on the location on the floorplan where I happen to be, enter the item to be fixed, and have a task created from that. It would be great if pictures could be taken and tagged to the specific location on the floorplan as well.

iArchitect - haven't used it myself but it might be close to what you want

It looks like it is mainly a bunch of prebuilt house plans made available to the user. It may allow uploading of a custom floor plan, but not annotating.
