    Default Need an offline dictionary, can any one suggest any name???

    Hi, I need an offline English to English dictionary. I love to read a lot. But the problem is English is not my first language (sorry for my bad English I am a Bangladeshi) and I love to read English Fantasy book. Right now I am reading "The Hobbit" written by J.R.R Tolkien. That book is really interesting but unfortunately I could't understand half of its word. So please help me to find a good offline dictionary. Any suggestion and opinion of yours are welcome.

    Half the words in the Hobbit are made up, so you won't find them in a dictionary anyway.

    You are right, but the writer also use a ton of synonyms. Which is also very difficult to understand for me.
