Hello all. I am looking for an app that could convert a 2d picture of a floor plan into a 3d iPad picture that could be rotated. I am part of an emergency team for the Indiana state prison system our job is to go into a riot area and regain control. It would be great to help show the other people on the team a 3d rendering of the area they have to go into and take back control of.
