I'm looking for a good Twitter client
I purchased Twitbird because the free version was nice but it stunk up my iPad. So now I'm looking for a new one and I don't want to go with Twitteriffic because they totally screwed longtime users.
If you guys don't have suggestions does anyone have the scoop on the Twitter for iPad app...you know a Twitter developed iPad app. - 08-25-2010, 04:06 PM #2 iPhone 5 (Black.32GB.AT&T) iPad Mini (Black.32GB.WiFi) iPad (3Gen.Black.64GB.AT&T) MacBook Pro (15" 2012.Retina Display.i7) iMac (21.5" 2011.i5) AppleTV (3Gen)

My 2 favorites are Tweetings and Twittelator Pro. Tweetings is great for the iPhone because it has push. It also has a clean interface. The iPad version is also very good. Twittelator does not have push but it is the absolute #1 client if you want everything (including the kitchen sink) thrown in. There is nothing it is lacking, except push. I own Ofoora and its ok. I would compare it to Twwetings from and interface standpoint but it lacks push. That pushes me towards Tweetings if you like the "less is more" approach.

I'd hate to buy separate apps. I really wanted a universal one. I already bought Twitteriffic once. Now they want another 4.99 for a "new" version. I would be willing to pay like 2.99 for an in app upgrade to a universal version but I'm not buying the application again.
So, I'm trying to make a more economical choice this time and get a universal twitter app that
I can use on my iphone and ipad. - 08-26-2010, 03:36 PM #5

I agree with the Osfoora HD recommendation.

The new Twitter for Ipad app is pretty nice as well. I have only been using it for the past day and it really has some nice features. My favorite twitter app so far though is Osfoora HD

Osfoora HD by far is the best. I use it for iPad and Osfoora for iPod Touch. No problems yet. It will also mark your timeline for later viewing where you left off.

And Osfoora HD is now on sale for $1.99... just saw the tweet... That's half off and worth every penny, even at full price...

Twitter
Have you considered HootSuite or CoTweet? These platforms are used by many of the corporations and companies that do some heavy tweeting.
