What are your top 5 must-have apps for the iPad?

I would like an app, probably for a jailbroken iPhone which turns the iPhone into a Wi-Fi router for my non 3G iPad.

also will be great some app like Finale for Mac or Pc, but for ipad, I can imagine myself using it on my piano!
