Apple Watch Screen Replacement

So I dropped my Apple Watch. I've had it for over a year, so it's not under warranty. And YES, lesson learned, I will get Apple Care from now on!!

However, it looks like Apple doesn't fix them, but rather would sell me another one for a very slightly reduced price. Any idea of any place that will actually replace a screen? I chatted with Best Buy's Geek Squad and they do not....

Would having it under warranty change anything? Because I cracked my screen, but mine is within one year. It's more of a hairline crack, not very noticeable.
Any helpful tips regarding getting it fixed or replaced will be appreciated in appreciated.

I've never heard of anybody willing to replace the screen. I don't think it's an easy task.
