To turn time travel back on, this is a new setting in the watch app on your iphone. In the app, go to Clock --> Time travel and turn it on.
Seems to be off by default

The hamburger menu on the right will allow you to re-arrange.
Well my Watch seems to be functioning properly again. 10 hours off the charger and I still have 69% battery, and my third party apps on the watch face appear to properly updating again.
Can anyone confirm WatchOS BETA is compatible with the iOS10 Public BETA or can it only be used with the iOS Dev version? TIA
watchOS 3 works with iOS 10. The dev beta and public beta are identical. There is always one more dev beta than public beta because dev beta 1 allows for the correction of major bugs before public beta release.
I'm using watch beta with iOS 10 public beta. Works fine. I think I also heard public and dev beta are on the same build at this point
Thanks guys. I appreciate it. I'll be installing this evening then.
Without the beta profile you will just get official releases.
