Is it possible for someone to wear Apple watch if they have an allergic reaction to metalo.

My son cannot wear gold, s/s or anything except titanium. Therefore the watch as it appears could not be worn by him?

One is stainless and the other aluminum like the iPhone. Is he able to wear that? That is the Sport edition.
