I have an Apple Watch and have Stocks as one of my Glances, why isn't it showing Dow Jones?

I have an Apple Watch and have Stocks as one of my Glances

I have an Apple Watch and have Stocks as one of my Glances. On my Iphone I selected Dow Jones as my Default stock. When i access stocks on my watch it just processes and does not show me the Dow JOnes.

I have found that sometimes you need to give it a jump by changing watch faces and then back to the one you originally had.
