Should I worry about radiation with the Apple Watch?

I know all devices has a small amount of radiation but with the Apple Watch it's on my body constantly, is this something I should worry about?

Welcome to iMore! I wear an Apple Watch pretty much whenever I'm awake and I don't worry about it. I haven't confirmed this but I'm sure the device is well under recommended radiation limits. Having electronic devices next to our bodies all of the time is a calculated risk we all take IMHO.
