Is anyone having dictation issues with the Apple Watch?

My Apple Watch is having some dictation issues. When I say in a text, "Mom, I love you" it writes "Blob, please move". Has anyone had an issue like this?

Try holding the crown in while speaking

Try to spin the watch around so the Digital Crown is on the left. That way the mic and speaker face you when you raise your wrist to talk to Siri.
