Scrolling Complications

I've wanting this since my first week with the  watch and was hoping with third party complications it would come but with eTrade app and CNN new compilations it hasn't happened. So I'm asking to my Apple Watch developers is a complication that scrolls through the news headlines or sports scores or stock market by itself on your watch face even possible with OS 2.0?

I feel like for me that would make the watch perfect every time I look at watch face I get new current information and the headline scrolls

I don't think a scrolling complication is in the cards for watchOS2. Maybe with an update. It would be nice for some apps. I think its not included, because complications are supposed to be quick looks at data. Plus if you don't change the screen alive time to 70 seconds the watch face would black out before anything changed.
