Apple watch bands for later 2 Gen

Do you think the 1st gen apple watch bands going fit with the 2nd Gen apple watch?

Most likely yes, but we just don't know at this point. There would seem to be no good reason for them to change it. The power port was a totally different story, the lighting port had several key advantages over the older style charging port, it is faster and it's reversible.
