Text Message Not Sent on Watch

I have a strange one here, when I reply to a text message (not an iMessage) on my watch, it gets sent to the person but an hour or so later, I'll get a message on my watch saying that the text message I sent could not be sent.... And the only option is to dismiss. Doesn't happen all the time.

Anyone else getting messages like this?

Other then that, I'm loving the update.

Messages like that are often associated with cellular signal issues or the recipient's phone is off, in Airplane Mode or in a weak signal area. Does the recipient ever get the message?

Yes, they always get the message and at the time I send it. It just says on the watch that it didn't send and usually not at the time I send it but a couple of hours later.
