Why did my watch face go blank (black)?

Face went blank (black)

Not sure what I may have touched or tapped. Watch face is now black -- when I tap, it gives me the time or says no notifications

Reboot the Watch. Press both buttons on the side of the device until you see the  logo.

if it is just showing the time then the battery is low and went into low power mode .. charge it

Or you might have enabled voice over with screen curtain
