Apple Watch Notifications - can you get them both on iPhone and Apple Watch?

My iPhone has different tones for my different email accounts on the stock Mail App. When my Watch receives a notification it plays the only tone it has and the haptic touch. I would like to be able to view the new email message on my watch and be alerted by the distinct tone from the iPhone...this way I know whether to look at the notification (a personal email during the work day would be ignored, for example). Ideally, I would like to have notifications go to my Apple watch and my iPhone all the time.

Unless they make some changes to their Taptic Engine, I'm not sure I could distinguish between the patterns. :concern:

Yeah, it would definitely be very limited right now. But I think you could pull off a few. I have no trouble telling the difference between the left and right turns when you do navigation on the watch.
