Was it hard to install ? I have beta 4 on phone but having a time to get on my watch..

It wasn't hard, but the Watch Beta only comes in the Dev Beta. It took approx two and half hours to fully install.

No rolling back either, unless you send in to Apple. But it's been solid so far. so I don't think you will have any issues.

I believe so. But as I understand it, using your phone on the iOS 10 public beta to Google the needed watchOS_3_beta_Configuration_Profile.mobileconfig file and then following the wOS 3 dev beta install instructions could put wOS3 on your Watch. No charge.

As others have said, if something goes wrong, you can't roll back to wOS 2. You've got to send your Watch to Apple.
