Copy this -  - and then, via the Apple Watch app, go to My Watch → Clock → Monogram, and then paste the  logo. After that, customize the watch face, and maneuver the monogram or add it in place of one of the world clock settings .

Probably, but as I've stated above, you can add the  logo to one of the world clocks.
