I tried it on before and I believe it for a lot better than how the sport band fit, in my opinion.

I was thinking of getting the the black nylon band for working out.

Keep in mind it's fabric so it will absorb sweat vs the sport band.

For me the sport band is a better fit but not by much. Very close! But both are super comfortable.
