Depends on where it comes from. The 42mm SGS-BSB has been coming from China. Mine did and shipped on a Thursday. I had to wait until the following Monday to get it.

Everything Watch is moving up in ship times...

I ordered a 42mm Millense Loop yesterday, with a ship time of July 21st. A few hours later it is now July 13th

Just got a despatch email for mine about 20 minutes ago! Email from Apple says it will deliver 5th June ie. tomorrow, but I can't believe that will happen - more likely to be Tuesday next week I'd have thought ...

Well, everything I'm seeing tracking-wise is still suggesting that I'll get mine today, which I still can't believe if I'm honest - never entered my head on Monday that I would have it by the end of the same week! It's being delivered to my workplace, so providing it comes before 5.30 tonight, there's no danger of me missing it. The proverbial 'icing on the cake' would be a morning delivery so I get the whole of my lunch hour to mess around with it, but hell I ain't complaining!
