Why no silver sport with black band?

Anyone else find it weird they offer the silver sport watch with white, blue, pink or green bands but if you want a black band your only option is the space grey? Doesn't make sense. Do you think when pre ordering I could order the silver with a black band instead of white?

From what I'm led to believe, the options on the Apple Store site are the ones that will be available to purchase on pre-order launch. If they are not offering the option you want, your only other recourse is to purchase the black band separately, I would expect.

However, we'll know more in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled on this site for more info.

As it's been mentioned, you'd have to purchase the black band separately.

I initially wondered the same thing, but I'm thinking it simply might just be because they wanted an "exclusive" band to ship with the space gray version. The black band seems to be the best color fit for the space gray, where the silver easily matches with the brighter colors.
