Will the iWatch start a Wrist War?

Smart watches have been around for a while and they all seem to get along pretty well rarely if ever you see them being compared to one another like we see with smartphones.

Will the iWatch change all that?

I doubt it, but it will be more scrutinized because of it being an Apple device.

I doubt that will happen. I feel like the Pebble is the standard right now and I know that the Apple watch offering will be stacked against it and the Galaxy Gears

I'm utterly convinced this is going to end up as a niche product, like the current iPod Touch. If you're interested in this kind of thing the next 6-12 mos are going to be the time to buy because after that there are only going to be a couple options.
