AW2 not tracking speed or distance on outdoor cycle

As the title suggests my AW2 is not tracking distance or speed when using the watch on an Outdoor Cycle.

It measures active & total calories, elevation gain, heart rate & total time but not speed or distance yet it shows me the route I took.

Strava on the other hand does collect all data via the watch.

Anyone else have this happen too?

if i open the activity app on my phone it shows more info on the workout. My outdoor cycle shows active calories, total calories, distance, total time, avg. heart rate, avg speed, my route, and the weather at the time of my workout.

So does mine but it's not showing speed or distance.
