Welcome to iMore. Rumors say possibly in the summer or fall, but only Apple knows for sure. It really is a guess at best.

Yeah most likely holding out until watchOS 3 is released. Which I am guessing will be in beta after the developer conference. So looking like the same time the iPhone 7 comes out. So it's going to be a crazy summer for developers.

I was hoping that we would have seen it at today's event. Pretty disappointed that we didn't get it as I've been holding out before grabbing one as I didn't think the V1 was worth the cost against functionality. Not to mention the fact that my bank, Barclays UK, still has yet to adopt Apple Pay - which is a real pain in the arse - they're the only ones not on it cause they were trying to push they're own solution which cost money to buy the hardware to use it. How stupid they were.
