I have a 42mm Gold Apple Watch Sports edition, which watch bands would you recommend?

This. The more I look at them, the fewer that 'don't go with' any given Watch.

But the Black Woven Nylon is definitely a Must Have. I'd also say a Black Milanese looks really sharp with the AuAl but it's a little pricey for my bank account.

The Brown Classic Buckle looks really good with the AuAl but again is a little pricey.

The new Cocoa Sport band and Toasted Coffee/Caramel Woven Nylon bands will look great with the Au Al Watch. The Brown Leather Classic Buckle would look great too, but it's no longer offered at the Apple store.
