I read their reviews and they were excellent so, I ordered the Phoenix in saddle last night. I'll report back after I receive it.

They also responded immediately to a question on Facebook (and it was LATE) so it would appear they have excellent customer service. I had a hard time deciding which one to get so I'm guessing there will be another in my future.

This band is GORGEOUS and substantial! It's thick so will take some breaking in but, that's to be expected. I emailed the company and requested the saddle in a red/brown versus a tan/orange. They delivered!
