ATV4 Movie Quality Issues

I have an Apple TV 4. Everything loads fine and at high quality except for movies. TV episodes from my iTunes account, Netflix, Hulu, everything loads fine. When I try to watch a movie in the movies app (previously purchased movies), though, the quality is horrendous...totally pixelated and blurry. My internet is fine and, again, everything else is fine. I've tried changing resolution. I've done speed tests. I've tried putting a movie on and pausing it to load. Nothing works.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any ideas on a fix?

Do you have another device (iOS or iTunes) to test those movies on? Depending on how long ago you bought the movies, they might not be in HD.

They work everywhere. And they're not old movies. Everything is HD.

If you go to Settings > Apps > iTunes Movies and TV Shows is Video Resolution set to Best Available and Purchases and Rentals set to HD?

Also, have you tried simply restarting your Apple TV?
