They did? in 1996. I don't think they'd do it today though. The tv 4 fills that role. I could be wrong, but I really can't see that happening.

Bandai Pippin in 1996. 42,000+ units sold thats great

But now its changing not by tv....something great product by apple

I think Apple really sees the Apple TV as a console. And they may be onto something my wife never picks up the PS4 controller or plus our Wii but she will ply altos adventure or Crossy roads on the Apple TV. Because the games are familiar I think will do great with casual gamers. And for the developers they have already written the app, why not get it on one more platform.
