Can I AirPlay Apple TV 4 to IPhone 6s Plus with no wifi and watch Netflix from my phone data.

I was needing to no if I could AirPlay my iPhone 6s Plus to my Apple TV 4 generation using my iPhone data with no wifi ? I just moved and they can not hook my internet up for like 3 weeks. I just want to watch Netflix or Hulu if it will work.

Airplay requires both devices to be on Wi-Fi. What you might be able to do is turn on a router and broadcast Wi-Fi without having an internet connection and use AirPlay (I've never tried that but I suspect that might work while you wait for your internet to be connected)
