I can't connect to my Apple TV with my I pad air 2 , when I swipe up I have aird

When I swipe up I have airdrop but no Apple TV button to connect with my tv. Is there a setting that I need to turn on to enable me to use Apple TV???

Welcome to iMore! AirPlay is different than AirDrop. You should see an AirPlay button directly to the right of your AirDrop button. Tap that and then select your AppleTV. If it isn't listed, restart both devices. If you're still having issues check the link below.
