What time Monday

So Tim Cook said it will go on sale Monday- Has anyone heard anything about timing? Like will this be the usual- get up at 3am eastern?

I would assume to based on previous launches. The question is am I willing to get up at 3am to order an AppleTV? I'm interested to see what demand is going to be.

I'm torn wondering if this is going to be an iPhone-like launch where we are going to see back orders. I would think that Apple would want ample inventory going into the holiday season. I might just take my chances. I can wait much longer for a new AppleTV than I can for a new iPhone

I don't think it's going to be a race like it is for iPhone releases so I think you'll be fine at 5:30. I'll be really surprised to see supply shortages.

That being said, you cannot blame me if you wake up at 5:30 and it's completely sold out.

I get up at 5am CST so I might just wait. Since it's been years I'm sure a lot of people will want to get it but I don't think all Apple users have an Apple TV. In fact a co worker doesn't but he has an iPhone 6.

Yeah i set my alarm for 2am central even though i had to get up at 4:40am and nothing... Im guessing now it may hit around the 10am pacific timeframe. Now i need to sleep again hahah

I've been up all night. I didn't stay up for the tv. I just keep vampire hours. I'm going to bed soon. But I'll check at 12pm CST. Apple loves doing things at 10am PST. I hope I don't have to stalk the store all day.
