Can't download film on Apple TV

Yesterday, rented the imitation game through Apple TV (iTunes Store). I have rented movies before no prob but this one won't download. Where do I go yo register a problem-I'm going to be charged for a film I have not been able to watch!

Is your AppleTV using the same AppleID and password the movie was rented under?

I had this problem once. You can contact Apple support thru the iTunes Store. They will refund you.
